Shipping policy
We deliver across South Africa. Orders are packed with care and shipped within [1–2] business days, and delivery usually takes 5–8 business days from the date of your order. Standard shipping costs [R___] per order, and shipping is free on our “Buy 2, get 2 free” bundle. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sales, public holidays or for remote areas. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, because we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, email henco.pretorius2007@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.
