Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days anywhere in South Africa, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.
What if I don't love it?
You're covered by our 30-day happiness guarantee. If your CuddleMoo is unused and in its original packaging, send it back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it free of charge. Read our full refund policy.
How do the bundle offers work?

Is it safe for kids?
CuddleMoo is made from soft premium plush that's gentle on skin. For babies and young children, we recommend adult supervision during play and checking the plushie regularly for loose parts. To clean, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry.
